The next month of June 2016, takes place in Seville the biennial meeting of the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA known as by its acronym in English).

It is expected that the economic impact for our city be of positive benefits, as more than 600 travel agents and tour operators have decided to hold its biennial congress in the capital of Andalusia.

Note that Seville has increasingly become over the years into a potential international tourist destination as it has a wide cultural and leisure activities. It is time to take this advantage to promote our city in all areas, because apart from being a tourist city, Seville has all the infrastructure to perform, conferences, trade fairs and conferences both nationally and internationally.

The ASTA Congress will be held from 2 to 5 June and has been called Destination Expo 2016; It is important to mention that ASTA members make up 80% of international travel in the United States through the sales channel of travel agencies.
