The Theater Lope de Vega in Seville will host the May 13 the concert of the saxophonist Bill Evans.
The American musician Bill Evans arrives at Seville with his band Soulgrass to present "Dragonfly", his latest album published in 2012.
The saxophonist´s professional career began in the early 80s when he was a member of the Miles Davis band. In this period, Evans has collaborated with other artists of different musical styles such as Gregg Allman, Willie Nelson, Herbie Hancock and Warren Haynes. In total, Evans has published nineteen albums throughout his career.
Now is the leader of Soulgrass, and he is accompanied by Ryan Cavanaugh (banjo), Match Stein (electric guitar), Etienne M'Bappe (bass) and Josh Dion (drums and chorus).
