As of July 31, the Valencian city of Alicante and the capital of Andalusia, will be connected via rail three times a week.
As part of the train schedule between the communities of Andalusia and the Valencian, this new route linking Alicante and Seville three times a week is incorporated; Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays. Departing from Alicante at 16:00 and from our capital at 09:10 am.
High speed train from Alicante to Seville
Because of the boom that has the community of Andalusia in the summer, every day there are more tourists choose to spend their summer holidays in our cities, Sevilla among the favorites followed by Malaga, Cordoba and Granada; This is why ADIF (Railway Infrastructure Administration for its acronym in Spanish), has launched the route between the two cities which will be operational throughout the month of August, the travel time will be performed in 4 hours and 40 minutes approximately in both directions, and the type of train will be one of the most advanced and modern with which it has today, which is the high-speed train.
Tickets are already on sale, both in the renfe.com website, travel agencies or the usual sales channels for railway tickets and travel websites.
