Conditions for Holy Week, April Fair and Pre-Fair Reservations – Non-Refundable Rate
Cancellation of the reservation at any time after it has been made, or a no-show, will incur a 100% cancellation charge.
Deposit: The hotel will charge the total amount of the reservation at any time after the booking has been made through the Redsys banking system. The amount is 100% non-refundable.
Applicable dates: These conditions apply to all reservations taking place between Palm Sunday and Easter Sunday, inclusive, as well as during the April Fair.
For Holy Week, a minimum stay of 4 nights is required for all reservations including Maundy Thursday and/or Good Friday, in accordance with the conditions applicable to those dates.
The guest will be charged for the total number of nights booked, even if they do not stay for all of them.
Conditions for Holy Week, April Fair and Pre-Fair Reservations – Flexible Rate
100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking confirmation through the Redsys banking system.
The cancellation conditions will be as follows:
• More than 31 days prior to the arrival date: free cancellation and full refund of the amount paid.
• Between 30 and 16 days prior to the arrival date: the amount corresponding to the first night will be charged as a cancellation fee. The remaining amount will be refunded.
• Between 15 and 8 days prior to the arrival date: a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the total amount of the stay will apply. The remaining 75% will be refunded.
• Between 7 and 3 days prior to the arrival date: a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total amount of the stay will apply. The remaining 50% will be refunded.
• Within the 3 days prior to the arrival date or in the event of a no-show: 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged, with no right to a refund.
