Seville will celebrate the seventh edition of La Noche en Blanco the 5th of October

La Noche en Blanco is a cultural initiative born in Paris in 2002 and which has gradually spread throughout European cities until it reached the Andalusian capital, with such a successful reception that the preparations for its seventh edition are now being completed.

The celebration of the event will take place on the first Friday of October, giving rise to the start of the cultural autumn outing from the city. As usual, this new edition will feature a programme of a multitude of cultural events that will take place at night.

It has both private and public participation of the main cultural attractions of the city and as a novelty this year and given the prominence of the Year Murillo, the Association'sevillasemueve' promoter of the event has in mind and insists on the importance of also including in this event the opening of museums and important spaces of the city for the enjoyment of all visitors or residents.

The previous editions were very well received by the public and each year the number of people attending and participating in the activities increases.
Museums, art galleries, monuments... will be open at night and within the reach of all those who wish to enjoy the culture of the city.
