Exhibition at the CAAC in Seville
The Andalusian Centre of Contemporary Art of Seville (CAAC) presents the exhibition named "1 + X = Teams, Groups and Collectives" which seeks to value teamwork, collaboration and the sum of contributions of knowledge of people and collectives in art.
"1 + X = Teams, Groups and Shared" brings together works from different arts such as sculpture, design, photography, video, installation and painting. The 50 works come from artists who are part of groups and collectives, including: Equipo 57, Equipo Crónica, Equipo Múltiple or photographers Afal group, MP & MP Rosado, and Bleda y Rosa; and artists who are part of specific groups as Joseph Beuys, Manuel Barbadillo, Elena Asins, Douglas Davis, Gerardo Delgado, among others.
All works represent several generations of artists, and is the first time they can be together in one exhibition.
