The Medina Azahara group was formed in Cordoba in the year 1979, at a time when democracy in Spain began, and the population was thirsty for freedom. This is why the lyrics of their songs, kind of protest and against the established norms, became almost an anthem for Spaniards of the time, traveling all over the country.
They recorded their first album in 1980 called Medina Azahara, creating avant-garde in rock music at the time, in what was called Rock Andaluz.
In this concert will present their latest work, The lost memories, which have helped artists like David DeMaria and Fondo Flamenco. It will be held at the Lope de Vega Theater in Seville.
