On February 13, 2014 the city of Seville presented a new App with 94 sculptures, fountains and altarpieces of Seville. They are most iconic for its beauty , antique , heritage value and come from the inventory was done in 2008 and updated in 2012 about public monuments.

This application is called Urban Sightseeing Guide, and is a step forward on the equity rediscovery of Seville, thanks to the beauty and originality of some of these works of art located in the city streets, in view of all the world. The application is available in two languages, Castilian and English.

A new app monumental guide of Seville

Using this application is very simple, and the information you have, you can connect or combine for more geographical, spatial and temporal data details of the  54 scultures, 16 fountains and 24 altar pieces that make up the app. Each monument is accompanied by a comprehensive information sheet, and features 602 high-resolution photographs.

This app can be used not only for citizens and tourists, is also useful for its development within the workplace, researchers, journalists, art professionals.

Seville City Council is already working on a second version of this application, since many fantastic elements have been left out of this first application.
